Truck Mounted | TMC540

Summary

The TMC540 is truck crane mounted on a rugged and proven Scania carrier. The crane is equipped with separate carrier and truck engines to maximize fuel efficiency in both transport and lifting modes. With a total weight of under 32 t, the crane can travel on roads without a special permit in many countries.

Load moment & anti-two block system Standard "Graphic Display" load moment and anti-two block system with audio-visual warning and control lever lockout. h ese systems provide electronic display of boom angle, length, radius, tip height, relative load moment, maximum permissible load, load indication and warning of impending two-block condition. h e standard Work Area De? nition System allows the operator to pre-select and de? ne safe working areas. If the crane approaches the pre-set limits, audio-visual warnings aid the operator in avoiding job-site obstructions.
Cab Full-vision, all-steel fabricated with acoustical lining and tinted safety glass throughout. Deluxe seat incorporates armrest-mounted electric dual-axis controllers. Dash panel incorporates gauges for all engine functions. Other standard features include: hot water heater, cab circulating air fan, sliding side door, ? xed skylight with electric wiper and sunscreen, electric windshield wash/wipe, ? re extinguisher and seat belt, air conditioning.
Slewing Single speed, planetary swing drive with foot applied multi-disc wet brake. Spring applied, hydraulically released swing brake. Single position mechanical house lock, operated from cab. Maximum speed: 2,5 RPM.

Cab Scania CP14 cab is a short cab with low roof and it has space for two people. The cab has wide and practical boarding steps make it easy to enter and exit the cab. The cab is cab crash tested according to ECE R-29 regulation. The cab is also equipped with close up mirrors, front view mirror and double wide angle mirrors. Window in rear wall of the cab.
Electrical system A 100A alternator, 2 batteries 12V/180 Ah. Lighting system and signals 24V.
